Neutrino Bermassa Sebagai Konsekuensi Dari Osilasi Neutrino
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat konsekuensi dari osilasi neutrino yaitu proses transformasi satu jenis neutrino menjadi neutrino jenis lainya. Osilasi neutrino diajukan karena terdapat defisit jumlah neutrino yang diamati di detektor dengan neutrino yang diproduksi di matahari, atmosfer dan akselarator. Di alam terdapat 3 jenis (flavour) neutrino yaitu neutrino elektron, muon dan taun. Neutrino flavour dapat dituliskan sebagai kombinasi linear dari neutrino dalam basis eigen masanya. Dengan menghitung peluang transisi neutrino berubah dari satu jenis menjadi neutrino jenis lainya diperoleh fakta bahwa neutrino bermassa.
